Job Description

One of the largest, family owned manufacturers of high-graphic corrugated packaging in the United States is seeking a remote Sales Representative. We are looking for an individual with the proven background in graphic packaging sales. This is a remote position with a very competitive base salary and monthly commission structure.

Must Have Qualifications:
- At least 4 years graphic packaging sales experience
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues
- Ability to write quoatations providing detailed documentation

Plusses:
- Existing book of business of clients/contacts with grphic needs
- Experience selling to large national brands such as Nestle

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The remote Sales Representative will be responsible for the follwing functions:
  • Provide information to customers regarding order status and inventory.
  • Meet with VP Sales on a daily basis to review quotes, to plan strategy to meet customers pricing expectations (if known) and needs in terms of orders vs. Profitability.
  • Obtains samples or blueprints and forwards to sales force or customer for approval in order to manufacture correct copy and avoid rejects.
  • Write up new orders.
  • Release orders for delivery and collaborates with production to maintain a balance between customer requirements and our manufacturing schedule.
  • Coordinate the development of price quotations.
  • Does press approvals with customers, and plant tours with new or existing customers.
Compensation: $100, 000 - $125, 000 base salary and 2% monthly commission for the life of the sale
