Nursing Supervisor (RN) –2nd Shift | Full-Time | $75K + Full Benefits | Cary, North Carolina

We are seeking a strong and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our evening shift team in Cary, NC. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideal for a nurse who enjoys leadership, team coordination, and hands-on patient care in a structured and supportive environment.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and support staff performance while maintaining compliance with all clinical and safety standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and support nursing staff during the 2nd shift
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure quality care, safety, and efficiency
  • Assign tasks, adjust workflows, and ensure smooth shift coordination
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and feedback
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the shift
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Administer medications and oversee eMAR/eTAR accuracy
  • Monitor residents’conditions and communicate changes promptly
  • Complete documentation including assessments, admissions, and incident reports
  • Support onboarding, training, and staff development

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in North Carolina
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (geriatrics or leadership preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:
  • Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
  • 2: 45 PM –11: 15 PM (2nd Shift)
  • Weekend on-call rotation (1 weekend/month)

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $75, 000 annual salary
  • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, and more)

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.
