Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
This role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and completion of property valuation projects. Key duties include:
  • Facilitate the ordering of Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) through various vendor platforms to aid the property valuation team.
  • Distribute assignments and monitor the progress of both internal teams and external contractors involved in valuation projects.
  • Aggregate and maintain data from multiple spreadsheets, requiring proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with VLOOKUP;familiarity with MS Access is advantageous.
  • Oversee contracted personnel to ensure that all tasks are completed promptly.
  • Engage in the quality assurance process for both in-house staff and vendors to guarantee the accuracy of property valuations.
  • Offer additional support and carry out tasks as directed by executive leadership.
Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP;knowledge of MS Access is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and contractor management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in supporting senior executives and managing multiple priorities.
