Job Description

8 months contract covering for maternity leave
ONSITE Universal City CA

Coordinator will provide administrative support to Custom Content Marketing team and Vice President of Custom Content Marketing, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal divisions as well the external businesses.
Essential Responsibilities:
•General administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying and faxing, filing, and overall office support
•Process invoices, vendor set-up and coordinate with finance department and accounts payable
•Coordinate meetings;maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production
•Identify competitions, track and submit award submissions.
•Assist in communication with the creative teams on a daily basis
•Coordinate and track incoming shoot footage and maintain storage database.
•Coordinate delivery of assets to our digital distribution site.
•Oversee communication and delivery of site material and posting.
•Assist in field producing and file ingest pro

Quals--
•Bachelor's degree
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Avid
•Minimum 2 years'experience within studio and network

Eligibility Requirements:
•Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice

•Flexible, personable, self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the outside vendors as well as all levels of internal staff.
