Job Description

Position: IBM/INFOR System Administrator
 
Our client seeks an INFOR Systems Administrator. The Systems Administrator maintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems, by working with Infor XA on ISERIES and with a strong understanding of IBM i architecture, commands.
 
Responsibilities:
·Perform system maintenance tasks, such as systems backup, recovery, and file maintenance to promote uptime and efficient performance.
·Acquires, installs, and tests system software upgrades and computer components.
·Configure software and resolve technical problems.
·Maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures.
·Manage Infor XA including user roles, workflows, and troubleshooting application-specific issues.
·Assisting users with XA issues
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field required.
·3 to 5 years'experience with ISERIES
·3 to 5 years'experience with Infor XA, with hands-on experience in:
1. Customer Order Management (COM)
2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
3. Procurement
4. Inventory Management (IM)
5. Finance modules
6. Advanced planning and scheduling tools
7. In-depth knowledge of XA data models
8. Troubleshooting system errors
9. SQL proficiency is required
