Job Overview:
Responsible for handling diverse currency payment instructions, ensuring compliance with company policies. Tasks include processing manual and automated instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment, and addressing internal inquiries.
Responsibilities:
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Maintain positive relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders.
    • Be proactive in addressing client needs and avoiding issues.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and clients.
    • Collaborate with team members by assisting with daily tasks, appreciating diversity, and being adaptable.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and report risks appropriately.
    • Process instructions accurately and on time, adhering to policies and deadlines.
    • Escalate unclear instructions to management.
    • Recommend improvements to controls.
    • Adopt new procedures promptly and accurately.
    • Reduce errors by suggesting better control procedures or automation.
    • Respond to inquiries quickly with solutions that enhance service quality.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Understand and challenge processes that are ineffective.
    • Identify improvement opportunities in payment processing.
    • Highlight manual instructions for potential automation to improve efficiency.
    • Balance productivity with meeting client deadlines.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Familiarity with USD and foreign currency payment processing, Keystone & Rightfax is advantageous.

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
