Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will support physicians and nurses by performing administrative and clinical tasks, including taking patient histories, measuring vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with procedures. The role also involves scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the clinic or office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and prepare patients for exams

  • Record patient information and vital signs

  • Assist with medical procedures and examinations

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

  • Perform basic laboratory tests and administer medications as directed

  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling and billing

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred

  • Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
