Job Overview
Join the Funds Transfer Department's project team to support various tasks such as testing preparation, user testing, defect management, and reporting. Timely and accurate task completion is essential for team efficiency. Prior experience with project life cycles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders.
    • Proactively address project team needs and work to prevent issues.
    • Communicate with professionalism and clarity.
  • Project Involvement:
    • Engage in all stages of Funds Transfer projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
    • Quickly identify and report defects, ensuring timely communication.
    • Ensure test scripts are accurately and promptly executed.
    • Resolve project challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
    • Act as a representative for Funds Transfer in cross-departmental projects when needed.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
