ENTRY LEVEL REMOTE CLIENT LIAISON - WORKING FOR A HIGH PROFILE LAW FIRM
Monday–Friday, 9AM-5PM

Join a high-profile law firm for a role as an entry level CLIENT LIAISON and become an important first point of contact for individuals seeking legal representation. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role ideal for someone who is professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls. Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
  • Gather and accurately document detailed client and case information.
  • Pre-qualify potential clients based on established case criteria.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain medical records and other required documentation.
  • Enter and update information in the firm's case management system.
  • Send legal documents and coordinate follow-up appointments and communications.
  • Provide professional, compassionate customer service while handling sensitive information.
  • Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate legal team.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • 1-2 years of Client Relations/ Legal Intake/ Customer Service
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Excellent computer skills;proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
