Are you a mission-driven clinical leader ready to shape crisis care in your community? We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead operations within a Facility-Based Crisis Center (FBC)—a critical access point for individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use crises.

This is a high-impact leadership role combining clinical excellence, operational oversight, and community engagement.
Duties Include:
  • Lead all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and Medicaid/Medicare regulations
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses, and support staff
  • Drive quality care, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee staffing, budgeting support, and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a key community liaison and organizational spokesperson
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
Key Skills include:
  • Proven clinical leadership experience in behavioral health or crisis services
  • Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and influence outcomes
  • Sound clinical judgment and decision-making in high-pressure environments
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and accountability
Qualifications include:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years clinical experience and 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPA, CADC, or Psychologist)
  • RN/BSN candidates with strong behavioral health leadership experience will be considered
