Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a homeless shelter environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness, with the goal of helping them achieve stability and independence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized case management plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and resources.
  • Coordinate with local services and resources to provide comprehensive support.
  • Advocate for clients within the community and with service providers.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate group meetings and workshops focused on life skills and self-sufficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with shelter policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in case management or working with homeless populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and client base.
  • Knowledge of local social services and community resources.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.
