Job Description


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team. The role involves working with a small group of clients, primarily focusing on one low-functioning individual. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with morning routines, such as serving breakfast and helping with bathroom needs, as well as occasional nighttime support, like changing bedsheets if necessary.
Must Have Qualifications
  • CPR Certification
  • Willingness to undergo training on SCIP, if required. Training is provided and paid, lasting one hour upon starting the assignment.
Population
  • 6 Clients
  • High Functioning and One Low Functioning
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your role will involve providing essential care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety. You will be responsible for facilitating daily activities and addressing any immediate needs that arise during your shift.
Compensation
Please include hourly rate or salary/bonus information, as this is mandatory in certain locations such as NYC.

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
