Title: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Rate: $45–$55+ / hour

As a K–12 school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, CO, your days will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

  • Providing direct therapy services and tracking progress toward communication goals

  • Collaborating closely with educators, families, and other support staff to ensure student success

Job Details

  • Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

  • Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri) 

  • Caseload: Caseload size is 40 students (+/- 5). One position supports a K-5 school and the other supports a PK-8th grade school. Both positions support students in the mild-moderate setting. 

Successful Candidates Possess

  • A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (required)

  • An active or pending Colorado SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain one (required)

  • ASHA CCCs (preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply)

  • Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)

  • The ability to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
