Job Description

Registerd Nurse (RN) Supervisor

You are an experieced and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your career. As an RN supervisor you will be the key leader in providing exceptional patient care and overseeing the nursing staff.

Resposibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team including RN's, LPN's and CNA's
  • Ensuer the delivery of high quality patient care and adherence to establish nursing protocols
  • Handle and resolve patient and staff issues effectively
  • Patrticipate in staff training, development and evaluations. Collaborate with physicians and other healcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 8 years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • CPR certifications
Avilable to work some nights and weekends as needed.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.
