Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Southborough, MA
Pay Rate: $40 $55+ per hour + benefits

As a K 12 school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Southborough, MA, you will play a vital role in supporting students speech, language, and communication needs through direct services, evaluations, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• 
  Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to each student s goals
• 
  Provide individual and small group speech-language therapy
• 
  Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• 
  Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• 
  Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• 
  Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

Job Details

• 
  Position: Contract (with potential for renewal) in a school setting
• 
  Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday Friday
• 
  Caseload: K 12 population, based on district assignment

Successful Candidates Possess

• 
  A valid Massachusetts SLP license (required)
• 
  Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred;CFs considered
• 
  School-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
• 
  Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• 
  Authorization to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship
