Job Description


Title: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC or CFY) 
Hours: Full-Time, part-time candidates will also be considered  
Location: Milton, WA
Position Details:
  • Position Type: Full-time preferred (part-time applicants accepted)
  • Caseload: Elementary, middle, high school openings, based on experience and district need
  • Location Type: Onsite preferred;hybrid available (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Location: Milton, WA must be commutable
Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Washington State SLP License (or ability to obtain before start)
  • ASHA CCC preferred, but CFY candidates welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Active or in-process Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Job Responsibilities, School-Based SLP:
  • Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement compliant IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service logs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student support teams
  • Follow IDEA and district guidelines for service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
