Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Leader based in Sterling, IL. The Human Resources Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring overall HR compliance. Additional tasks include maintaining employee records, conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing support in employee relations and performance management.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in an HR role is preferred
  • Understand current and emerging federal and Illinois state laws and regulations impacting human resource management

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.
