Lighting Controls Project Specialist
Join a dynamic team in the electrical industry where you'll play a key role in estimating and managing lighting control projects. This position offers hands-on training, career growth, and the chance to work with industry-leading manufacturers in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years'experience in engineering, construction, estimating, or project management;college degree preferred but not required.
  • Analyze electrical drawings and specifications to develop accurate project estimates and bills of material.
  • Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers to provide competitive pricing and ensure project success.
  • Manage projects through their full lifecycle, from initial bid to completion.
  • Utilize various software tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management platforms, to streamline processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
