Job Description

Must Have Qualifications:
- Advanced Knowledge of iManage document management in a law firm environment
- Strong Experience with and Knowledge of multi-tier architecture including servers, databases, proxies, load balancing trust/access rights. Certificates, and integrations.
- Proven success as the IT Owner of enterprise solutions such as iManage Work, RAVN, Communication Server and others across the enterprise and business units.

Plusses:
- Strong communication, organization, leadership and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Windows Server IIS Services and System Integrations including API's, web services, FTP, and database to database

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The individual selected for this role will be have strong hands on technical experience and be responsible for leading the operations, support, and growth of the entire Document Management ecosystem. Applications and operations within this ecosystem include iManage, CAM, Milan, Lexsoft search, RAVN, email filing, mobility, and other related systems and tools.

This individual will lead a DMS team to ensure successful delivery on projects, effective problem management and timely resolution of tickets. They will partner with IT leadership and the business to define strategy and drive growth and expand capabilities of existing systems.



Compensation: $140, 000-$165, 000

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
