Compensation
  • $21/hour, with options for both full-time and part-time schedules to fit your lifestyle.
Flexible Schedule Options
  • 3: 00 PM - 11: 00 PM
  • 11: 00 PM - 7: 00 AM
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will:
  • Provide essential care by assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, toileting, and transportation.
  • Contribute to the team and provide care by supporting residents in their mobility and performing Range of Motion exercises as directed.
  • Monitor and record vital signs to ensure residents'health and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to facility protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A current registration as a CNA in New York State.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
